These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Time2Pack mobile application ("App") provided by Katsiaryna Huryna ("Company" or "We"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you affirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
1.2. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and comply with them.
2. User Accounts
2.1. No Registration Required: You do not need to create an account to use Time2Pack. We do not collect personal data unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., when contacting support).
2.2. No Regional Restriction: The App is available globally, with no specific regional restrictions.
2.2. Usage Limits: Users can track an unlimited number of flights with a Time2Pack Pro subscription. However, if a user adds an excessive or unreasonable number of flights, we reserve the right to restrict access or cancel their subscription at our discretion.
3. App Content and Intellectual Property
3.1. All content in the App - including text, images, icons, graphics, logos, and software - is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the App or any part of its content without our express written permission.
3.3. Third-Party Data Providers: Time2Pack utilizes third-party APIs and data services for features such as flight tracking. All intellectual property related to these data sources remains the property of the respective third-party providers.
4. Flight Data Accuracy and Availability
4.1. Data Reliability: We source flight data from third-party providers. Although we make efforts to ensure the App operates correctly, we are not responsible for any discrepancies in the flight data.
4.2. Data Accuracy: While we strive to ensure accurate and real-time flight data, we rely on third-party data providers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the information provided, and we are not responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, or incorrect information.
4.3. Service Availability: Although we aim for continuous operation, there may be occasional downtime due to technical issues, maintenance, or external service outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. User Conduct
5.1. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
5.2. You agree not to misuse the App, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the App for commercial purposes without permission. You are also prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing misleading or harmful flight data.

6.1. Certain features of the App are available via paid subscription ("Subscription"). Subscription options and pricing are presented in the App and processed through the Apple App Store.

8. Termination
8.1. Termination of Access: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited conduct, add an unreasonable number of flights, or exhibit suspicious behavior.
8.2. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Apple Store, in accordance with Apple's terms.
9. Disclaimers
9.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind—either express or implied—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
9.3. We are not liable for inaccuracies or unavailability of flight data resulting from issues with third-party data providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
10.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the past 12 months.
11. Changes to the Terms
11.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
11.2. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check regularly for updates.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
13. Severability
13.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
14.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
